What customization methods do you offer?
We offer DTF printing, embroidery, vinyl, and sublimation, depending on your product and order size. Each method is done in-house for consistent quality.
How long will my order take?
Single items: typically 5-7 business days production (shipping extra)
Bulk orders: 7–15 business days production (shipping extra)
Rush options are available for eligible products with an extra fee.
Do you provide design help or proofs?
Yes! You can upload your design, or our team can help prepare files for print. Proofs are provided for bulk and embroidery orders to ensure accuracy before production.
Can I mix single and bulk items in one order?
Yes, but pricing and production timelines may differ. Single items will typically ship faster, while bulk items follow their production schedule, which will be shipped together.
Do you offer refunds or changes?
Because items are custom-made, changes cannot be made once production begins. Please review all details before checkout.
