All orders from Illuminated Visionz, LLC are made to order.
Processing Time: All items are custom-made. Please allow up to 15 business days for production before shipment.*
Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer Economy Ground (2–5 business days), Priority Mail Flat Rate (1–3 business days), and Flat Rate Box options.*
Order Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.*
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Shipping Method & Packaging Note: Shipping method availability is based on the size and weight of your order. While multiple shipping options may appear at checkout, we reserve the right to upgrade your shipping method if your order requires a larger package than the selected option. If an upgrade is needed, we will contact you before shipment. For bulk orders, shipping costs will be quoted separately.
