Refund policy

All products sold by Illuminated Visionz, LLC are made to order.

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

The item arrives damaged, or

The incorrect item was received due to our error

To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.
