Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Refer to our shipping chart for estimated delivery times.

Q: What is your delivery information?

A: We offer local deliveries. Orders over $500 qualify for free delivery, while orders under $500 incur a $20 delivery fee. Additional fees apply for deliveries to Staten Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut due to toll charges.

Q: What type of files do you accept?

A: For files under 10MB, email them to illuminatedvisionz.2020@gmail.com. For files over 10MB, upload them and send the link to the same email addresses. Files must be at least 300 dpi. Preferred formats include .PSD, .EPS, .PDF, and .AI. For Adobe Illustrator files, ensure all text is converted to outlines on a solid or negative background.

Q: What is your average turnaround time?

A: Our average turnaround time is 7-15 business days (Monday–Friday) plus shipping time. This is not guaranteed. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Adding finishing options to your order may extend the turnaround time.

Q: What are your standard oversized prints?

A: Note: The maximum print size is determined by your smallest garment size. Artwork size remains consistent across all garments, and screen sizes do not adjust for different sizes.

  • Standard Screen Size: Up to 10″ x 15″
  • Oversized Screen Size: Up to 15″ x 22″ (Additional Fee May Apply).

Q: What are the safe printable areas on a t-shirt?

A: Safe print zones are provided to avoid printing on seams or edges:

  • Youth Small: 10″ W x 13″ H
  • Youth Medium & Large: 10″ W x 15″ H
  • Unisex XS - 5XL: Oversized printing fits most brands.
  • Girls Small, Medium, Large, XL: 10″ W x 15″ H

Note: Printing over seams may result in imperfections.

Q: Do you offer brands and items not listed on your price chart?

A: Yes! We can source almost any item you need. If you don’t see what you’re looking for on the price chart, email us at illuminatedvisionz.2020@gmail.com for pricing details.

Q: Can I order 100 T-shirts with two different designs?

A: Yes, but it would need to be priced as two separate 50-piece orders.

Q: Can I choose different item sizes and colors in the same order? What about styles?

A: Absolutely! You can mix sizes, colors, and even different items provided the ink color remains the same. Mixing styles is also allowed as long as the print size stays consistent. If you want to change the ink color, there’s a $15 Ink Change Fee per color change. You’re allowed one ink change per 25 items ordered.

Q: How can I get a free screen setup?

A: We offer Free Screens and Free Setups for orders of 500 pieces or more per design.

Q: What happens if I’m missing items or receive extras in my order?
A: Occasionally, production errors may result in misprints or damaged items. If this happens, we’ll contact you before shipping and adjust your bill accordingly. If you received extra items, consider it a bonus!

Q: I don’t have artwork. Can you create custom artwork for me?

A: Yes, we offer custom artwork creation depending on your needs. For a quote, send your ideas to illuminatedvisionz.2020@gmail.com. If we’re unable to create the design, we can recommend a trusted artist to assist you.

Q: What should I do if there’s an issue with my order?

A: If you notice a problem, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If the issue is our fault, we’ll make it right!

Q: Can you handle rush orders?

A: Yes, we do! Each rush order is custom quoted and includes a rush order fee. Contact us at illuminatedvisionz.2020@gmail.com for details.

Q: My band is on tour. Can you ship my order to a venue?

A: Absolutely! Just provide the venue details, and we’ll ship your order to the most convenient location for you.

Q: What is screen printing?

A: Screen printing uses a separate screen for each color of ink applied to a garment (e.g., 3-color artwork requires 3 screens). Free Screens are included for all reorders and orders of 500 pieces or more.

Q: Do I need to pay the full amount upfront when placing an order?

A: No, we require a 50% deposit of the total order price. The remaining 50% must be paid before production begins. You may also choose to pay in full if that’s more convenient for you.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: You can cancel within 24 hours as long as payment has not been processed. If it has, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply.
