At Illuminated Visionz, we operate with a structured production process to ensure every order meets professional quality standards. Please review the following information carefully before placing your order.
Production Time
Standard production time is 7–15 business days beginning after final design approval and full payment confirmation. Production time may vary depending on order size, product type, and current production volume.
Large bulk orders, embroidery projects, and specialty items may require additional processing time. Rush services may be available upon request and must be approved before payment.
Shipping time is separate from production time.
Design File Requirements
To ensure optimal print quality, customers are responsible for submitting high-resolution artwork.
Recommended file formats include PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG files. Raster images should be a minimum of 300 DPI with transparent backgrounds when applicable. Low-resolution images, screenshots, or heavily compressed files may result in reduced print clarity.
If the artwork does not meet production standards, we will notify you before proceeding. Illuminated Visionz is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or improperly formatted files submitted by the customer.
Embroidery Orders
All embroidery services are processed as bulk production orders due to setup, digitizing, and machine preparation requirements. Minimum quantities may apply.
Embroidery designs must be suitable for stitching and may require digitizing adjustments. Digitizing fees may apply for new designs.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required for all orders — both single custom and bulk production — before any design preparation, material ordering, or production scheduling.
Production will not begin until payment has been received and confirmed.
Mockups & Final Product Variations
Digital mockups and product previews are provided for layout reference only. Final size, placement, and color may vary slightly depending on garment type, fabric texture, product curvature, lighting conditions, and screen settings.
Every order is produced following professional alignment and quality control standards.
Order Changes
All changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Once production begins, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
• Verifying spelling, dates, and design details before approval
• Selecting the correct garment sizes and quantities
• Submitting print-ready artwork that meets resolution standards
Illuminated Visionz is not responsible for errors approved by the customer before production.
